The Gull is a satirical newspaper headquartered at Loyola University Chicago. We will be releasing new online content daily and print editions whenever we feel like it, GOSH!  Along with regular staff writers, The Gull accepts submissions from the general public. We are always looking for applicants to write for this highly esteemed, Nobel Prize in Literature-winning publication.

Born a whopping 12 pounds and 5 ounces, The Gull was welcomed into the world in April 2016. It was founded by a ragtag team of 7 college freshmen and slowly became a well-oiled gelatinous machine. We are now a small family, meeting bi-weekly at our local University food court, asking for water cups and filling them with soda, scavenging for curly fries, and “cawing” into our laptops.
